2RE 177943588d Add TODO.md as the project backlog 
TODO.md is the single human-facing list of open work (now/assets/content/polish). The memory bank keeps only current priorities and points at it, so the two cannot drift. Also corrected stale counts in progress.md (10 case studies, 46 images, 6 client sites) and replaced the stale portrait known-issue with the Urban Moto low-res hero.

TODO - 2RE03 Portfolio Site

The one place for open work on the site. Check items off as they land, then prune the Done section periodically.

The memory bank keeps only the current priorities and points here, so there is a single source of truth for what is left to do.

Last updated: 2026-09-10.

Now (blocking launch)

  • Approve the copy: review the drafted company-voice text page by page.
  • Choose the deployment target: web host and domain, then publish.

Assets

  • Favicon (there is none yet).
  • Open Graph / social share image.
  • A real 2RE03 logo, if one exists.

Content

  • Refine any copy that reads wrong, page by page.
  • Populate the galleries with more or real work items.
  • Add per-image captions (they are category-level only right now).

Polish (ideas, not yet agreed)

  • Urban Moto case-study hero is low resolution (450px native at its widest); find or shoot a better crop.
  • Consider moving writtenearplugs.jpg from the Urban Moto grid into the Print gallery.
  • Optional redirect stubs for retired case-study slugs (victoria.html, cart.html, argent.html).
  • Optimise images to WebP: img/ is 20 MB of the 21 MB repo.
  • Confirm the Forgejo repo (2RE03-Design) is private.
  • Decide whether memory-bank/ and .clinerules/ stay tracked (they are internal docs, not site content, and would be uploaded on a full-folder deploy).

Done

  • Site built: 6 root pages + 10 case studies, green #2ee666 theme, scroll-snap carousels, Web3Forms contact form.
  • First commit pushed to Forgejo (2RE03-Design, branch main).
  • Temporary refrence/ folder and four unused images removed.
