TODO.md is the single human-facing list of open work (now/assets/content/polish). The memory bank keeps only current priorities and points at it, so the two cannot drift. Also corrected stale counts in progress.md (10 case studies, 46 images, 6 client sites) and replaced the stale portrait known-issue with the Urban Moto low-res hero. |
