TODO - 2RE03 Portfolio Site

The one place for open work on the site. Check an item off, then move it down to the Done section with the date it landed. Prune the Done section periodically.

The memory bank keeps only the current priorities and points here, so there is a single source of truth for what is left to do.

• Approve the copy: review the drafted company-voice text page by page.

Assets

• Favicon (there is none yet).
• Open Graph / social share image.
• A real 2RE03 logo, if one exists.

Content

• Populate the galleries with more or real work items.
• Add per-image captions (they are category-level only right now).

Polish (ideas, not yet agreed)

• Urban Moto case-study hero is low resolution (450px native at its widest); find or shoot a better crop.
• Consider moving writtenearplugs.jpg from the Urban Moto grid into the Print gallery.

Done

• 2026-09-10 - Site built: 6 root pages + 10 case studies, green #2ee666 theme, scroll-snap carousels, Web3Forms contact form.
• 2026-09-10 - Site published.
• 2026-09-10 - First commit pushed to Forgejo (2RE03-Design, branch main).
• 2026-09-10 - Temporary refrence/ folder and four unused images removed.
• 2026-09-10 - Decided to track memory-bank/ and .clinerules/ in the repo.
• 2026-09-10 - Refined the copy where it read wrong, page by page.
• 2026-09-10 - Confirmed the Forgejo repo (2RE03-Design) is private.
• 2026-09-10 - Optimised every image to WebP: 45 files converted (long side capped at 1600px, -q 82, or -q 90 -alpha_q 100 when transparent), img/ down from 20 MB to 3.2 MB. printtiresad.png stayed PNG because WebP came out larger.
