The one place for open work on the site. Check an item off, then move it down to the
Done section with the date it landed. Prune the Done section periodically.

The memory bank keeps only the current priorities and points here, so there is a
single source of truth for what is left to do.

  find or shoot a better crop.

  theme, scroll-snap carousels, Web3Forms contact form.

- [x] **2026-09-10** - Optimised every image to WebP: 45 files converted (long side
  capped at 1600px, `-q 82`, or `-q 90 -alpha_q 100` when transparent), `img/` down
  from 20 MB to 3.2 MB. `printtiresad.png` stayed PNG because WebP came out larger.
